To return a Tespo product, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1.844.55.TESPO (83776), Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
In order for us to assist with your return, you’ll need to contact one of our customer service representatives to obtain a Return Material Authorization. Tespo will not accept returns without prior authorization and RMA. Tespo cannot accept vitamins beyond 30 days from the original order date.
Please carefully read the conditions below. If conditions are not met, Tespo reserves the right to refuse the return. Please note that Tespo does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the Product purchased from a third party retail partner. Tespo is not responsible for returns sent to us without prior authorization and Return Material Authorization.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases from Tespo. If you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days from the original order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling costs. The item must be returned, unused and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
We value you as a customer and want to ensure that we do everything we can to satisfy you. You have the option of receiving a refund for the full amount of the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 4-7 business days for our team to process any returned merchandise. Refunds for purchases made by credit card may take up to an additional 7-10 business days to appear on your credit statement.
Vitamins & Supplements – Tespo does not accept returns for open or used vitamins after 30 days from the original purchase date.
