Unfortunately, once an order is in process, we are unable to edit or cancel the order. Please understand that the ordering process is automated and the orders are printed immediately in our distribution center and processed without delay. Contact Customer Service as soon as possible as in some cases; we may be able to assist you.
We certainly apologize for any inconvenience but hope that in the majority of cases our quick processing will work to your advantage.
To return a Tespo product, please email us at or call us at 1.844.55.TESPO (83776), Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
In order for us to assist with your return, you’ll need to contact one of our customer service representatives to obtain a Return Material Authorization. Tespo will not accept returns without prior authorization and RMA. If you have problems or questions, call our customer service team at 1.844.55.TESPO (83776), or email Tespo at Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST. Tespo cannot accept vitamins beyond 30 days from the original order date. If you return products with no prior communication and authorization you will forfeit the returned products.

Please carefully read conditions below. If conditions are not met, Tespo reserves the right to refuse the return. Please note that Tespo does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the Product purchased from a third party retail partner. Tespo is not responsible for returns sent to us without prior authorization and Return Material Authorization.
Tespo Subscribers can cancel their Tespo Subscription at any time by simply completing a cancellation form. There is a $25.00 Return Shipping Fee to cover return freight and restocking costs. Tespo Subscribers must return the Tespo Equipment in good working condition to avoid an Equipment Charge.
We value you as a customer and want to ensure that we do everything we can to satisfy you. You have the option of receiving a refund within the first 30 days for the full amount of the original purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please allow 4-7 business days for our team to process any returned merchandise. Refunds for purchases made by credit card may take up to an additional 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit statement.
Vitamins & Supplements – Per FDA guidelines returned vitamin orders will not be accepted but please contact our customer service team at 1.844.55.TESPO (83776), or email Tespo at Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm EST for assistance.
All Tespo Dispenser systems carry a lifetime Limited Warranty from date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship. Tespo warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. Tespo has never denied a warranty claim. To request a replacement under a warranty policy, you must register your product at, provide proof of purchase and request the replacement. Warranties do not apply to products purchased from online vendors unauthorized to sell Tespo products. Products not sold through the Tespo Online Store are subject to the retailers return policy. Tespo’s warranty policy will still apply if purchased through an approved retailer with a valid proof of purchase.
