This position is a highly visible role working directly with the co-founder to establish best practices and community relations.

The primary responsibility of the Quality Control Manager is to assure the quality of the products manufactured meet the specifications required. In addition, the manager is responsible for the training and development of personnel engaged in performing the chemical and physical tests required for quality control.

Essential Responsibilities
Develops and implements policies and procedures.
Tracking and posting of key quality metrics such as first time quality, customer complaints, nonconforming product, etc.
Plant representative for all external audits including customer audits and third-party certification audits.
Maintaining the internal corrective and preventive action process.
Assisting Chief Chemist and Formulator with supplier audits as needed
Interface with vendors on quality related issued
Responsible for plant supplier quality and entering Supplier Corrective Action Requests (SCARs) as needed
Provide training in quality concepts as needed
Implement quality improvement plans, standardization efforts, corrective actions, etc.
Lead efforts to make improvements to processes as needed
Lead and track corrective actions to completion

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or a related field and 3-5 years of experience leading a quality department or team
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy is extremely critical
Must be highly organized with a strong level of attention to detail

We are currently seeking a software engineer to oversee all facets of the company’s technology-related systems, processes, security, hardware, and software. This is the most senior IT leadership role in the company and will work closely with executive and other senior leaders to provide guidance and strategic direction on all technology related projects. This position provides vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives and directs the planning, implementation, operation and support of all IT systems.

Essential Responsibilities
Lead the development of software systems, annual budget, and strategic plan in collaboration with other leaders
Collaborate with team members (Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, and Finance) to design solutions that solve and automate business process disconnects
Develop business case justification to source, develop, or implement new IT systems
Lead IT sourcing strategy and provide oversight for strategic vendor and partnership management; work with procurement and oversee the negotiation and approval of all IT vendor contracts
Collaborate with strategic vendors to implement major projects including; implementing an ERP system, development of new eCommerce platform, and integrations between supply chain partner systems
Responsible for managing all system integrations as it relates to internal or external systems or trading partners
Provide leadership for the security and privacy of all information stored or maintained on internal IT systems
Lead / manage IT staffing including: recruiting, interviewing, scheduling, review process, performance coaching, ect
Maintain all IT systems in working order, and diagnosis/resolve issues

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT
Clear understanding of use of cloud-based applications (vs. on premise) to drive IT agility and flexibility as well as limiting CAPEX requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to business leaders, and business concepts to the IT workforce.
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative group to identify and solve problems
Strong knowledge of:
ERP platforms from a functional and technical perspective
CRM platforms
Cloud computing platforms
Security strategy and techniques
Application development process on proprietary platforms
Networking, telecommunication, messaging and data administration concepts

Experience Requirements
Eight or more years of experience in software development and business/industry
5+ years of leadership experience
Preferably five or more years of experience in a fast paced environment including startups to drive initiatives and build a solid infrastructure to support rapid growth.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for leading sales activities to drive channel sales through retail, ecommerce, indirect, and business to business accounts. We are looking for a person with exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, excel at problem solving and have a strong desire to be part of a team leading a monumental shift in the vitamin and supplement industry.

Develop a sales strategy and roadmap that supports the company growth strategy
Execute marketing campaigns and plan events depending on expertise

Monitor monthly sales
Attend trade shows nationally
Working with retail partners, develop sales forecast
Negotiate with customers to develop a win-win outcome
Work with various departments to determine appropriate support to drive sales and align operations and financial metrics
Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), being responsible for forecasting specific sales channels
Develop goals and objectives to drive sales in non-traditional accounts

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. This highly visible position will focus on demand planning, inventory forecasting, production control, purchasing, and support distribution operations. The successful team member will be hands on and work directly with leadership to oversee daily operations. Essential Responsibilities
Assemble current and future forecasting analysis that aligns with the company’s growth strategy
Maintain supply chain master data including but not limited to; Material Master, Finished Product Specifications, Supplier Records, and Forecasting tools
Assemble and distribute daily, weekly, monthly reports to business leaders
Analyze data and provide recommendations for inventory replenishment needs
Raw material resource planning (MRP)
Assist and participate in the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP)
Analyze retention data and key sales metrics
Work directly with manufacturing to solve issues or production delays
Evolving and maintaining standard operating procedures for supply chain planning processes and systems
Continuously improve supply chain processes, recommend improvement, and lead projects to drive change
Lead key initiative as it relates to demand planning and supply planning for weekly Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP)

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Intermediate excel skills (VLOOK UP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, MACROS)
